Clinic Director
Elena Gavilanes, PA-C is the founder of E&G Aesthetic Institute Medical Spa Newport Beach. Elena is a board-certified aesthetic physician associate and Southern California native specializing in plastic and cosmetic procedures, more specifically body contouring and facial contouring of both men and women.
With a strong clinical understanding of aesthetics and facial and body anatomy given her direct mentorship under the instruction of Orange County’s renown plastic surgeons, she has extensive training in new and innovative techniques. As a plastic surgery physician assistant and master injector, she is known for her keen eye and ear that permit her to visualize and consistently achieve her patients’ aesthetic goals.
She earned two Master’s degrees and continues to refine her clinical foundation by staying up to date on the latest laser, regenerative and aesthetic technology. Her commitment to ensuring that her patients fully understand and achieve their aesthetic and wellness outcomes distinguishes her. Her warm bedside manner brings reassurance to all who are considering undergoing elective procedures.

With a background in pharmaceutical business and clinical trial development, she is committed to patient satisfaction, safety, and offering the highest quality products for our highly valued patients!
She is a certified nutritionist who implements a healthy lifestyle and leads our patients to reach their weight loss goals through implementation of realistic lifestyle changes. With a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Loyola Marymount University, her integration of scientific knowledge with the art of communication distinguishes her and gives her the ability to clearly set goals for those she coaches at E&G Aesthetic Institute Medical Spa Newport Beach.
