PRACTICE POLICIES: CANCELLATION POLICY
In clinic visits are by appointment only. Please use the online booking link or contact the clinic at 949-867-0091 to schedule your appointment.
A $100 non-refundable booking fee is required at scheduling.
We take pride in the appropriate reservation of your appointment date and time. Our priority is to schedule appointments that can be attended to with the utmost of care.
We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If you are unable to maintain your scheduled appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours advance notice. All cancellations are to be made by phone, directly to the office staff and not with our other means of communication to include our social media platforms or texting. This courtesy on your part will allow another patient to accept your appointment time.
As a courtesy, and to help patients or clients remember their scheduled appointments, E&G Aesthetic Institute sends text messages and email confirmations and reminders in advance of the appointment time.
Late Cancellations – Appointments Only
A patient who reschedules or cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment date and time will forfeit the booking fee and be charged an additional $50.00 late cancellation fee to the credit card on file. No Shows – Appointments Only
Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) will forfeit the booking fee and incur an additional no-show fee charged to the card on file: $100 for med spa services and $150 for outpatient procedure appointments including but not limited to cosmetic surgery and regenerative services. If you have a packaged service, violating our cancellation policy will result in a loss of a treatment of the scheduled service.
MED SPA SERVICES ONLY:
- The booking fee may be applied toward the consultation fee ($100) or the cost of same-day treatment.
- If treatment is scheduled for a later date, the booking fee cannot be applied toward that future service.

OUTPATIENT PROCEDURE DATE POLICIES
OUTPATIENT PROCEDURES
Outpatient procedures include, but are not limited to:
- AlloClae adipose filler injections (requires non-refundable FULL PREPAYMENT to secure date)
- Regenerative Medicine (requires non-refundable FULL PREPAYMENT to secure date)
- Med Spa Services totaling +$4,500.00 (non-refundable scheduling fee of +$1000.00 or 25% of total cost – whichever is greater)
- Awake liposuction with or without fat grafting (non-refundable scheduling fee of +$1000.00)
IMPORTANT: If procedure delays are incurred due to reasons of patient non-compliance, (such as not following test requirements and recommendations, smoking/vaping 2 weeks prior to the procedure, not presenting for the pre-procedural appointment, presenting late for the procedure, third financing company unresolved issues, lack of payment, etc.) then the patient will be responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of this delay and be subject to procedure cancellation fees if the procedure cannot be performed as scheduled due to non-compliance.
01. Procedure Consultations
Applicable to Outpatient Procedure Consultations.
A $100 booking fee (credit card, cash or Zelle) is required at the time of scheduling an outpatient procedure consultation. This fee is applied toward the $100 consultation fee for outpatient procedures only and is not applied toward the cost of any outpatient procedure.
The booking fee is non-refundable. If you fail to provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, or if you do not attend (“no-show”) your appointment, a new booking fee is required to reschedule.
For virtual consultations, all appointment times are based on Pacific Standard Time (PST). Failure to be available at the scheduled date and time will be considered a no-show, and the booking fee will not be refunded.
02. SERVICE FEES
SCHEDULING FEES (ALL SERVICES) Excludes AlloClae & Regenerative Services. SEE #4 & #5.
A scheduling retainer (also referred to as a “scheduling fee”) or prepayment is required to reserve surgical, facility, and clinical staff time. This retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable and is applied toward the total cost of the procedure.
Procedure dates are reserved and scheduled once the non-refundable scheduling fee and/or prepayment has been paid.
The scheduling fee will serve as a non-refundable deposit and be applied toward your total procedure fees; however, its non-refundable status is not affected by whether the procedure ultimately occurs.
Payment for all cosmetic and outpatient procedures is due in full at your pre-procedural
appointment.
03. Cosmetic Surgery
Applicable to Awake Liposuction +/- Traditional Fat Grafting (Excludes AlloClae)
- Cancellations WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt of your scheduling fee will result in loss of your non-refundable deposit ($1000.00).
- Cancellations AFTER 14 days of receipt of your non-refundable deposit will incur a fee equal to 25% of your total charges and loss of your non-refundable deposit (unless the procedure is rescheduled within 30 days in writing).
- Cancellations within 14 days of your procedure date, will incur a fee equal to 50% of your total charges and loss of your non-refundable scheduling fee.
- Cancellations within 7 days of your procedure date, will incur a fee equal to 75% of your total charges and loss of your non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations within 96 hours of your procedure date will incur a fee equal to 100% of your total charges and are not eligible for a refund.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
AWAKE LIPOSUCTION ONLY:
If you reschedule your OUTPATIENT procedure date within 30 days of paying your scheduling fee your deposit and any partial payments made towards the procedure will be applied to the new procedure date.

04. AlloClae Procedures
May be combined with or without Awake Liposuction
AlloClae adipose filler has a limited shelf life and delicate properties, making it non-returnable and non-reusable. All AlloClae procedures require full, non-refundable prepayment (or partial payments toward the procedure), which secures your procedure date.
This payment compensates the Practice for professional time, exclusive scheduling, staffing, procedure room coordination, and the procurement of patient-specific, time-sensitive materials that cannot be reused or resold.
A tentative procedure date may be offered pending payment of any remaining balance; however, procedure dates are only confirmed once full payment has been received at or before the pre-procedural appointment.
All payments made toward your procedure—partial or full—are non-refundable.

Once any partial funds are submitted, they are immediately allocated toward professional services, including medical time, procedure planning, scheduling, staffing, room coordination, and, when applicable, the procurement of patient-specific, time-sensitive products reserved for your procedure.
If any AlloClae product, syringe, vial, medication, or other procedure material is ordered, opened, or prepared for you, you remain financially responsible for the full cost, even if you choose not to proceed with the procedure.
All payments, including scheduling fees and partial payments, are non-refundable.
05. BIOLOGIC THERAPY
Regenerative Medicine/ Regenerative Aesthetics modalities possess a limited shelf life and delicate properties, making it non-returnable and non-reusable. All Regenerative procedures require full, non-refundable prepayment (or partial payments toward the procedure), which secures your procedure date.
This payment compensates the Practice for professional time, exclusive scheduling, staffing, procedure room coordination, and the procurement of patient-specific, time-sensitive materials that cannot be reused or resold.
A tentative procedure date may be offered pending payment of any remaining balance; however, procedure dates are only confirmed once full payment has been received at or before the pre-procedural appointment.
All payments made toward your Regenerative Medicine procedure—partial or full—are non-refundable.

06. Retail & SkinCare
Includes Skin Care Products & Peels
For skincare products, all sales are final; however, should you have a skin reaction to one of the products the product can be returned for a credit to your account within 7 business days of purchase.
For defective products, E&G Aesthetic Institute may issue a credit to your account in the original transaction amount for you to use on other products or services pending the approval of the Practice.
If a product is defective, you should bring it in for an exchange or store credit.

If skin care, skin care products, peels, a syringe, vial, medication, or other treatment material has been ordered, opened, or prepared for you, you remain financially responsible for the full cost, even if you choose not to proceed with the procedure and/or pick up.
Payment Methods
You may pay by cash, cashier’s check, credit or debit card. If paying by credit or debit card, there will be an additional 2% convenience fee added to your payment total.
We accept third party Financing through Cherry Technologies, Inc. and Alphaeon. However, we do not participate in all plans.
If third-party financing approval is revoked, delayed, denied, or clawed back due to suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, inaccurate information, or failure of identity verification—whether identified before or after services are rendered—the patient remains fully and personally responsible for all charges incurred regardless if treatment is rendered.

E&G Aesthetic Institute shall not be liable for losses resulting from financing disputes, investigations, or fraud determinations made by third-party financing providers. Your financial policy contract with the Practice supersedes any conflicting terms of the third-party financing company and your financial responsibility to the Practice remains in full regardless of any refunds, cancellations, or policies of the financing company.
What is the Refund Policy?
E&G Aesthetic Institute does not issue cash, check, or credit card refunds for purchased or pre-purchased products, services, procedures, or specially ordered products on your behalf. This policy includes phone and in-person transactions.
For Med Spa services only, any pre-payments received may, at the Practice’s discretion, be applied as store credit toward other eligible products or services. Gift certificate sales are final and non-refundable.
Any store credit, if offered, is non-transferable, has no cash value, may not be redeemed for refunds, and must be used within a timeframe determined by the Practice.
No refunds will be issued for services rendered or for cancelled procedures in adherence to our cancellation policies. This policy applies to outpatient procedures as described above, injectables, or any services provided by E&G Aesthetic Institute.
What are Acceptable forms of ID?
Government-issued IDs are official documents or cards provided by federal, state, or local authorities to verify a person’s identity, date of birth, and citizenship or legal status.
E&G Aesthetic Institute does not render services without valid identification.
Key examples include driver’s licenses, passports, state ID cards, military IDs, and permanent resident cards, commonly required for travel, banking, and employment.
We reserve the right to cancel procedures without a refund and without notice should an unresolved identification concern arise. In the event that a PO Box address is listed on the ID, we require proof of a physical address to schedule appointments and reserve the right to refuse service for identifications without one.
Are results guaranteed?
No. Results are not guaranteed.
Medical and aesthetic procedure outcomes are inherently variable, and there are no guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding your results. Treatments—including liposuction, AlloClae, fat transfer, regenerative medicine, and other med spa or wellness procedures—can differ from your personal expectations or visual preferences, even when performed correctly and as planned. The Practice does not provide refunds.
We provide customized consultations to answer your questions and create a treatment plan tailored to you. We care about our patients and are committed to addressing any post-treatment concerns. Thank you for your trust in us.
