E&G Aesthetic Institute, Inc has a 48-hour minimum notice cancellation and rescheduling policy. We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 2 days prior to your appointment. To make changes, please call or text 949.867.0091 so that we can accommodate you and other patients on our waitlist.

A $100 non-refundable booking fee is required at scheduling.
LATE CANCELLATIONS: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the booking fee and incur an additional $50 late cancellation fee.

NO SHOWS: Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) will forfeit the booking fee and incur an additional no-show fee charged to the card on file: $100 for med spa services and $150 for outpatient procedure appointments.

NO EXCEPTIONS: To avoid fees, please call or text (949) 867-0091 at least 48 hours in advance.

Except where otherwise prohibited, you agree that all disputes, claims, or proceedings, directly or indirectly arising out of your use of the E&G Aesthetic Institute, Inc. website shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration, which can be pursued by you only on an individual basis and not on behalf of any other individuals, including without resort to any form of class action. You agree that, by using this website, that you and E&G Aesthetic Institute, Inc. are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action, and that all disputes with E&G Aesthetic Institute, Inc . arising in any way from the use of this website shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, and not by a court or jury.

However, we do reserve the right to change our policies without prior notice. Please be advised that E&G Aesthetic Institute, Inc. and E&G Aesthetic Institute are one and the same practice. E&G Aesthetic Institute reserves the same rights, policies and terms as E&G Aesthetic Institute, Inc.
